Eileen Duffy

Eileen has an extensive global life sciences and medical devices career spanning across 25+ years of senior commercial roles, including leading the Global Commercial business for Aerogen, successfully overseeing its growth to become the largest indigenous medical device company. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated the ability to scale and commercialize across global markets, leading organizations through a period of dynamic transformation, powered by accelerated innovation, operation excellence and strategic execution. Prior to joining Aerogen, Eileen held a number of global senior management positions at Baxter International, combining both operational and executive leadership roles across multiple therapy areas including leading the growth of its Global Cardiovascular Franchise part of a $1.2B global business. She now works as a strategic advisor to companies engaged in developing and commercializing new innovative technologies and advises a number of scaling companies. She received her Master’s in Business Administration from University College Dublin (Ireland). She also holds a diploma in Corporate Governance, from The Corporate Governance Institute. She is a member of the Institute of Directors (IOD) and The Corporate Governance Institute.
